Well-packaged figurines, prompt dispatch once goods available. I don't give 5 stars because the dates indicated for pre-orders are not at all realistic, you have to add 3 to 4 months more than what is announced on the site. (availability indicated > end of August > reality > end of November). So you might as well take a much broader view in your forecasts. In the end, instead of being disappointed not to receive our order as indicated, we'll be delighted if it arrives earlier, turning disappointment into a pleasant surprise and everyone's happy.

You should know that suppliers offer us a catalog of products with an indicated release date. To this date, we add a month to see the bigger picture. Unfortunately, despite our best efforts, we sometimes find that the date remains unchanged * pending supplier delivery*. We contact our suppliers on a daily basis to obtain a precise date. In these times of crisis, with shortages of raw materials and disrupted shipping lanes, even suppliers are unable to provide us with new dates. Following my order for a Thanos figurine which was supposed on the product description to be the deluxe version I received the standard version I asked for an explanation I was told the deluxe version was more expensive and in the meantime they changed the product description as a result I would be ordering my figurines elsewhere from now on I think.
