I bought a Chainsaw Man figurine at Gamescom. No unpleasant surprises, the figurine was as presented in their showcases (magnificent by the way, lots of colors, well-presented figurines... in short!) Even when there's a mistake, you can call customer service, who respond quickly, professionally and politely, and the parcels are always perfectly packaged and protected. Some items are more expensive than on other sites, but it's one of my favorites.
