Send on time, superb delivery

Fast shipping. Perfect. I would have liked a box for my food box.

The parcel arrived without any problem except for the first parcel which got lost and was eventually returned but otherwise nothing to say about the second shipment.

Good value for money.the c18 seems quite small for the price but I did not pay attention to the size Otherwise very satisfied We find some figurine impossible to find in store.

Could you please add a search filter on figurine size, just below the one on price? That would be great, as I don't have much room at home, so when I search for figurines on your site, I'm interested in those that are ~20 cm maximum.

The service is perfect and so is the packaging, my weekly shonen jump was well protected by paper and plastic to fill the void in the box.

I didn't hear from the carrier when my order arrived and it was hard to check the status of my order, especially since it was a pre-order. I was worried (I'm new to the site) so I took off a point. But otherwise, everything was perfect! It arrived pretty quickly and everything :) I'd recommend the site!

The broly figurine has paint and molding defects, very disappointed with the quality.

Very good product, my only complaint is the very large box for the small number of products.

I had no problems with the products, the figurines arrived intact and without defect. The only downside, apart from two corners of the box that were a little damaged but details that didn't bother me as long as the figurines were intact, was the delivery service. It was supposed to be a colissimo with signature, and dropped off at the post office if absent, but the deliveryman dropped the parcel off with a neighbor... without signing for it, checking the person's ID or notifying me with a note in the letterbox or a text message... Fortunately, the neighbor was honest and brought the parcel back to me the same evening... But that's the delivery service that's not up to scratch, the store is for me. It's the delivery man who's the star less.

No communication on pre-orders which are postponed

Chibi Akihabara offers various products. I had the opportunity to order several figurines on this site and they did not disappoint me, the parcel was well protected and the figurines were in super good quality (I recommend this site).I put 4/5 because sure of other sites the price is a little lower and sure Chibi Akihabara the figurines are removed from the sale thus it removed me that I wanted to order initially if not I would have put 5 stars.

I just can't understand what went wrong. I specifically asked for a refund after I paid the wire transfer. But they wouldn't give it to me. When I was able to send the proof of payment that they wanted. They updated my order and send it out even though I specifically said I wanted a refund for my cancellation. I do have to say their customer service may be slow but they ship out products very fast.

Everything was perfect, the only problem I had was using the site because it has a lot of trouble loading pages or when you hover over a button the site takes a long time to realize it before proposing to click on it, which makes browsing it very time consuming, which is a shame for an online store because as everything takes time, you often just want to stop browsing because it takes too long to use. And the second thing that disappointed me a bit was the fact that once you've placed your order, you can't see in the order history what the figurines you've just bought look like. There are no miniatures or links to the figurine, just the name of the product. It would be cool to have at least a preview of what you've bought, firstly to be sure you haven't made a mistake, and secondly to be able to review the products you've ordered. Otherwise, everything was good, the selection was varied and easy to find when you take your time. It's a really good site, but it just has a few usability problems.

Good site. Just the pre-orders a little long ... but I'm patient ... once paid I'm sure they will arrive. But often 3 months late... then it's like that. Then the packages reinforce them a little more. Scotch double dose please because 2 packages opened ... everything was inside but please think about it thank you

The figures arrived in good condition, apart from the hair on one.

The parcel was supposed to arrive on December 24th for Christmas and it arrived on the 27th, but apart from that the parcel was in order.

Delivery 3 days after the expected date, otherwise everything was fine.

A very good site, with a wide selection and relatively fair prices, but a small downside: with recent orders, the boxes of figurines arrived a little dented, which wasn't the case before.
