Just a note: the elements mentioned below only concern part of my order, there were others; overall impeccable. The phone advice was very satisfactory. The delivery was fast and efficient, but when installing the rails, one element was marked and scratched. Fortunately, I was able to manage the installation to eliminate the defective element. Each bar should be checked before shipping by the seller and each bar upon arrival by the customer.

Delivery promise by the carrier every day for 4 days, on the fifth day the package was left with the caretaker because the delivery person refused to go up to the fifth floor despite the elevator. GLS the worst of the worst, they do not keep their promises and on top of that they charge for phone calls, making customers wait several minutes before answering.

This is the first time I use picture rails, especially buying online: I am very satisfied. The setup is quick. The rail is light and flexible enough to adapt to the slight irregularities of the old wall, which, although invisible to the eye, would be prohibitive with too rigid a material. I have some difficulties blocking the perlon threads: not the 'know-how'! Very fast delivery, rigid and protective packaging.

Correct product but the finishes really leave something to be desired for the price. Everything must be cut cleanly and deburred, the same for each junction given that the cuts are in the middle of the patterns... 'product loss... And the delivery in 2 days max turned into 1 week, product not in stock. No commercial gesture, it was normal... Disappointed!!

Only the delivery faced difficulties due to the lack of seriousness of the carrier, who was quick to announce their arrival but unable to keep their commitment and much less prompt in notifying the buyer, who had to wait several times in vain for their arrival.
