It was stated on the internet that the merchandise was in stock, but that was not the case. As a result, delivery was delayed. I understand that like your competitors, there is no stock, you order on demand. No interest in going to your site.

Hello, I am satisfied with my last order; but my order from 06/11/14 No. 13774 was not top. When fixing the picture rails I noticed, a bit late, that the picture rails were not the same size and the clips were in short supply and their size was only valid for one series. ONE OF THE CORNICES WAS BROKEN, fortunately we had enough length left. Admittedly, the carrier jostled the box but the packaging has no protection (foam, bubble wrap, etc.) and the package has little chance of arriving in good condition given the fragility of the cornices.
