I had ordered a fixing pack (screws and plugs) that I did not receive. The screws delivered with the rail did not fit into the pre-drilled holes!! Fortunately, I was able to tinker with the whole thing to make it work, but I find that the quality of the material leaves something to be desired.

I understood that the picture rails and hooks to hang the perlon wires were all on the system allowing to fix or remove the hooks on a rail already closed: "Pack of 5 Rail Slider hooks for showcase rail (Code: AC94201); to be fixed under a closed rail of type Top-Rail, Techni-Top, Click or Click-Pro" _ however, once the rail is closed, the hooks can no longer be removed or added. Please modify or clarify this on your site.

Very good, delivery within very short deadlines. I had to battle with the delivery person to be able to check the package upon delivery. It is essential to order the screws that go with it so that the screw head fits completely into the fixing clips, otherwise assembly is almost impossible. Very good customer service, I was able to order the screws after a phone call: the minimum order online did not allow it.

I needed additional hooks for an already existing installation, so I tried to place my order based on my needs... Yes but... the minimum order was not reached and my order could therefore not be validated! I had to order other complementary products that are not useful to me in order to validate my order. For me, this is quite similar to forced selling, which is very regrettable. Otherwise, the hooks are very good!

During delivery, we noticed that the packaging was quite damaged on one corner.... One of the rails was slightly damaged but since we had to make cuts, we accepted the delivery. Knowing the delivery style, it might be wise to reinforce the corners to avoid any problems.
