The products are of good quality and conform to what I expected. However, the delivery by GLS is absolutely TERRIBLE (I have read many similar reviews online) GLS does not show up, directly drops the package at a relay, and refuses to make a re-delivery! Moreover, GLS customer service is chargeable! It's hard to believe... Gentlemen merchants, please change your delivery service.

I suggest slightly modifying the mask of your packaging label to make the identity of the person to be delivered clearer, as it is different from the buyer. I did not find the choice of rails and wires that can be associated with them clear. Hello, serious site but so many errors... an error in the order occurred, I received a simple rail info while I had ordered the most. The second was sent back very quickly but again an error, I received a white one while I had ordered it in aluminum! Too bad, I will keep it anyway given the commercial gesture of letting me keep the old one. There is always someone who responds to you quickly on the phone.
