Hello, we changed carriers a few years ago to DPD and while we regret some unfortunate delivery problems, overall the service is rather well assured. We have already tried two other well-known carriers (which I will not name) and the problems also existed and pushed us to change. Goods compliant on both orders. Carrier to be avoided. On the 2 deliveries, they canceled the appointments 5 times at the last moment to deliver that day after having canceled the delivery. Unfortunately, we still have some and do not fail to report them to DPD for the improvement of their service. It should still be noted that few carriers accept packages 2 meters long (90% of our shipments) at a cost that is reasonable for the customer, hence the choice of this carrier. For small shipments, it is possible to choose COLLISSIMO on the site. Our boxes are perfectly suited for sending rails in good conditions, we add padding paper and possibly an additional reinforcement when there are few rails.
