I ordered 5 painting rails and assumed that the mounting blocks would be included automatically. This is false - it seems that you are expected to use the rails without fixings, even though I really wouldn't know how to do that. So I ordered them again and they turned out inexplicably expensive.

We have included a summary of the necessary items for a complete set on each range of rails to avoid omissions. The rails are indeed sold with and without fixings. This is clearly specified on the items. Some customers wish to order only the rails or only the fixings because they have, for example, fixings left from a previous installation and vice versa. You contacted me on 20/05 and I got back to you on 21/05 with information regarding the delivery. The package had been left at your company's depot at another address as we discussed.
