Products meet my expectations but ... 5 missing hooks and coincidentally 5 extra rods as if to compensate, without a single word of explanation. And to top it all off, despite being told that delivery would happen three mornings in a row, I was only delivered on the third day.
I know that Cimaises & + is not responsible for delivery issues but for a first order I find that this is quite a lot.

Hello Sir, If we made a preparation error, you can contact us so that we send you the missing item. We have no reason to send rods (more expensive) to compensate for a possible absence of hooks. Could you specify whether it is 5 picture hooks (AC94205) or 5 partition hooks (AC94504) that you are missing? We will send them to you. Thank you for all the precious clarifications given with patience, precision, and a lot of kindness. Serious company to recommend as a priority and without reservation. Attention to delivery which leaves the customer dependent on the carrier, in this case DPD who immobilized me on the first indication, an entire Saturday, to finally tell me that they would not come... I waited 5 days and heard nothing about my package. I had to ask them for news about my order. Results: Cimaises out of stock... but offered for sale. I also had to insist that they replace everything since they didn't even know if they would benefit from a restock of the cimaises. Naturally disappointed by these false stocks, this lack of responsiveness, and the weak solutions proposed while we were waiting.

Hello Sir, I am sorry for the problem you encountered. I just checked with the logistics service. Your order was shipped on Thursday 25/04 instead of Monday 22/04 due to an exceptional shortage of R30 rods. We were supposed to receive the (5) missing rods on Friday 26/04 but given the urgency, you requested an exchange for another model of rods. Our logistics service responded favorably to your request and shipped the package immediately, and you were able to be delivered on 26/04. I am aware that there was an error on our part and that the stock of R30 rods was incorrect, and I apologize for that. Furthermore, we should have indeed called you on Monday 22 to inform you.
