Did you correctly provide the right phone number? I will inform the carrier about the package left in front of the house without notice, this is not normal and the delivery person is required to hand over the package in person or to a pickup point (they cannot leave it with a neighbor or anyone else without your agreement). Very satisfied with the purchase in principle but unfortunately, the floor lamp does not suit my husband in its design and brightness. We will therefore return it, in its original packaging, as we received it, hoping that we will be well reimbursed. The rating is not great because you have to pay for the return (and a floor lamp is heavy!!!) so it's a shame for a site that sells online. I will not order from this site just for that.
