The picture rails are in accordance with their description and perfectly packaged, for an ultra-fast delivery, well done! However, to check the goods upon delivery as stipulated in the sales conditions, a lasso would have been needed to catch the delivery person who quickly dropped the package over the garden wall, without asking for the code sent by SMS or the slightest signature. As of today, I can't say much since I have not been delivered. I was told that my order was shipped on 16/11. Hello Sir, I am sorry for the wait, we have supply and delivery conditions for ORAC products that are longer than usual, at least for certain references (this should end in December). As I mentioned to you by email, there was a stock shortage on one of the items you ordered and the order was shipped on 23/11. The delivery times of carriers can also be longer by a day or two at the moment with the exceptionally high volumes they are handling during this lockdown period. Package received as per the order. However, the delivery by DPD was purely and simply terrible. Delivery postponed 3 times by DPD, so I chose a DPD relay to facilitate this delivery, this same relay refused the delivery on the grounds that the package is too large. I had to go to the DPD center in Metz to retrieve the order (40km). The delivery charges in such circumstances are not justified.
