I have not received the package! Three times, a delivery date was given, and the package was not delivered, blocking an entire day of waiting each time. With at the end of the day a message from the delivery person: delivery impossible. Pretending twice that he did not have my phone number to warn me when he arrived. While my phone number is included in the delivery information. And a third time when I contacted the delivery center, I was told delivery truck broke down? But I only received at the end of the day around 5 PM the cancellation of the delivery for a truck that broke down at noon!

The delivery has been rescheduled for today, and I have also contacted our sales department so that they can get in touch with the delivery agency to follow up.
I also note that you requested a drop-off of the package at a PICKUP relay point. However, given the length of the package (200 cm) and the acceptance constraints of many relay points, I cannot guarantee that this option is feasible. Nevertheless, it seems that this was possible during your previous order, which is encouraging.
