Impeccable delivery, within the expected time. But there is a big problem with the SUPER U store at 3 rue de Champlain, in Saint-Brieuc 22, the packages are sorted according to the first name noticed on the package. In this case, classified under my first name, and without the name I went there twice and if I hadn't insisted I would have left without the package.

Incredible. The telephone customer service is very responsive and very good advice. Their expertise is perfect and their advice is very personalized. I was informed that I would receive my package within 2 working days, in the end I received it the day after my order (and I had ordered after noon). I find these products expensive and the reliability random. The screws of the hooks loosen if they are not tightened very hard, which is not possible given their thinness. It's a shame because, in general, we often hang valuable or cherished items. Very efficient service and delivery.
