For a 2m picture rail, the advice is to place clips every 40 cm. There are only 5 clips in the kit for a picture rail! Someone must have missed the famous interval problem. Another technical point: fixing the rails at the angle of the ceiling and the wall requires not molly screws, but steel screws for plasterboard (3.5x35mm).
