The products are of good quality and conform to what I expected. However, the delivery by GLS is absolutely TERRIBLE (I have read many similar reviews online) GLS does not show up, directly drops the package at a relay, and refuses to make a re-delivery! Moreover, GLS customer service is chargeable! It's hard to believe... Gentlemen merchants, please change your delivery service.

I suggest slightly modifying the mask of your packaging label to make the identity of the person to be delivered clearer, as it is different from the buyer. The package almost disappeared into the oblivion of our company's reception since the identified recipient at first glance was unknown! (After the question of having accepted a package without a known recipient was also managed here!!!!) Otherwise.... It's beautiful!! Best regards
