Ordering piece by piece is very expensive. The site does not offer complete packs (rails, hooks, wires, screws, etc.) which can easily be found on Amazon. Delivery times are long and the availability of customer service is quite low, all for a high price.

Also, our small team has remained active throughout the confinement, although we had to reorganize due to current events (teleworking/reduced staff presence at the same time), which has had some consequences on the availability of our team by phone, and we regret that this has impacted you. Regarding the delay, our carrier DPD maintained its activity throughout the confinement but also had to reorganize, and indeed, locally the delays may have been longer, and we are sorry for that. I rated the delivery 4 stars, which was fast, but the box was damaged and could have crushed or broken something. It didn't happen, but still. I rated the merchandise 5 stars because everything is perfect, nothing was missing from the many items ordered, everything was impeccable. I didn't have to deal with customer service, but given the site and how the order and delivery went overall, I rated it 4 stars.

Looking for a solution to regularly change the hanging of our paintings and other decorations without riddling the wall with holes, we opted for the Mini-click rail system for its small dimensions and its various suitable accessories. The result is good, but installation flush with the ceiling is complicated as soon as you don't have perfectly straight walls and ceilings. Or you have to accept to move the rail away from the wall/ceiling corner (less aesthetic).

Very good elegant and discreet product. However, be careful, the rail supports, screwed into the wall, are unsuitable for the screws of the molly plugs for installation on plasterboard. The head of the screw does not fit. We had to modify them.

Good product and fast delivery. The only thing to mention is that for hollow walls, the screws provided with the packaging are not very good, so I had to buy my own (metal plugs).

We offer long screws (45 mm) with Fischer plastic plugs for hollow walls, they are suitable (we use them for our installations and they are the ones recommended by our manufacturer) but we completely understand that you would prefer a metal plug model. Very fast delivery. A slightly bent rail during transport. But usable. Good quality material. Installed and painted. Ensure perfect linearity for the attachment installation. Using a laser is useful when the ceiling molding has irregularities. Hanging the paintings remains to be done.
