Good product, but difficult to install on the ceiling, little space for drilling, I damaged the freshly painted area and had to lower it a notch, leaving a gap between the ceiling and the rail... Moreover, the ceiling should be perfectly flat for it to look nice, which is probably not often the case... You should suggest not to glue the rail to the ceiling, unless it's really perfect!

It's a shame that we don't receive an alert if we order too many stop caps while we only order a certain number of picture rails. Indeed, with an order of 6 picture rails, I ordered 12 caps while they are sold in packs of 4 (and I did not realize). It's not the cost that it represents but it's wasting material for nothing. Otherwise, your online store is very ergonomic and I have nothing to blame it for.

Product arrived broken in two during the first delivery as there was no protection in the box. Second delivery had some paper around it but the protection should be much better. Regarding the product, I am waiting to see once glued to the ceiling. The rosette, very beautiful, is really thin. To see about the fragility. Impeccable customer service.

I had to move the top rail away from the ceiling/wall corner to be able to fix the screws, otherwise it was difficult to access the perforations of the top rail... So less aesthetic...
