Beautiful light, but switch broke on first use, we had to plug it directly into a socket. Moreover, if the base is straight relative to the wall, the back bar is not, and if the back bar is straight, the base is not. In short, to avoid buying.

The service and products from Cimaises and + are excellent. The carrier GLS, however, did not meet expectations. They lost the invoice and therefore could not clear the goods. 48 hours later, GLS had not even contacted Cimaises & + to request a copy of the invoice. It was on the initiative of Cimaises & + that the shipment was finally unlocked. Thank you again and well done to Cimaises & + but a red card to GLS!

Hello, a downside for the quality of customer service! Order arrived in two parts. First delivery: a piece 'Ceiling Rail Picture Lighting - 'L' connector Paulmann (Code: EC97649) color: white delivered (Code: EC 976.48) color chrome matte. Agreed with customer service: correct piece attached to the second delivery. Not the case: nothing related to this agreement. Please send me the correct piece and the necessary items to return at your expense the incorrect piece.

First thing when giving the address of a relay point for delivery in case of absence, it's better to pass on the info to avoid chasing after packages. Second thing, when selling glues, it should be ensured that half of the tube is not already dry (punctured tube). Hello, very fast delivery, also very good to be able to modify your order directly and without delay. Only small problem, the fixing of the hooks to the nylon wire for hanging the paintings; indeed, you have to remove the screw to pass this wire, otherwise the wire does not pass and then it is very difficult to tighten this screw.
