After verification, the steel rods were out of stock for three days, which slightly delayed the shipment of your order. It was indeed sent on 07/11.

However, we note that the carrier DPD has held your package for 12 days, indicating a problem in their delivery process.
You should have normally been notified by their services.
According to the tracking, delivery is scheduled for today, 19/11.

We have included a summary of the necessary items for a complete set on each range of rails to avoid omissions. The rails are indeed sold with and without fixings. This is clearly specified on the items. Some customers wish to order only the rails or only the fixings because they have, for example, fixings left from a previous installation and vice versa. Hello Madam, The 5-day delay corresponds to the time of the investigation to locate the delivered package. You contacted me on 20/05 and I got back to you on 21/05 with information regarding the delivery. The package had been left at your company's depot at another address as we discussed. Please know that I have asked DPD's customer service not to leave packages at this other address. I was assured that the information would be passed on to the delivering agency.
