Thank you for your feedback. First of all, we are sorry for the delivery difficulties encountered and the delivery of the package to a relay point. This is not a common practice, but in any case, it is not normal if you were at home. The DPD delivery person is required to make a first delivery, and it is only in case of absence during this first visit that they can decide to put the package in a relay point. DPD is a relatively economical solution for the customer given the 'atypical' sizes of our packages (large lengths). We do not rule out the possibility of offering a carrier with a more complete service for the customer (with appointment times in particular). Hello Sir, We apologize for the wait. Your package left our facility on Monday, December 9th by tracked letter. It seems that the Post Office is experiencing issues. The status of your shipment changed today. The Post Office tracking indicates: "Tuesday, December 17th at 9:01 AM - Your shipment is at its distribution site. We are preparing it for delivery." You should not have to wait much longer to receive the shipment. If you have not received anything by the end of the week, please keep us informed, we will resend the order. Hello, Thank you for your comment! We sell rails with and without screws and plugs because some customers do not want them. You can see in the product photo the screws and plugs when they are included (and in the description). Sorry that you had to reorder. Have a nice day, Coralie P.

Hello, Thank you for this feedback! I see that you ordered a ceiling rail to clip. I have a question: did you properly place a clip between the rails so that they are well joined? Normally, with two factory cuts side by side and the two rails fixed at their junction on the same clip, the result should be rather discreet. Best regards, Coralie P.

My response to your previous review: Hello Sir, According to what I see on the DPD interface, your package was picked up on 1/10 and delivered on 3/10. The package was therefore delivered on time. I do not see any information regarding a delivery on 2/10, it was, I think, an erroneous message. I confirm that it is not normal that a delivery time slot was not communicated to you. All individuals benefit from the PREDICT service with a delivery time slot: morning or afternoon. We sincerely apologize for this malfunction, which we will report to DPD. Regarding the boxes, they are perfectly suited for sending picture rails. If you did have damaged products, I invite you to call our customer service who will take care of it. However, I will check with our logistics service what might have happened and if they did not put too many rails in one box. In any case, we are sorry that the service did not meet your expectations. For your information, we changed our carrier to DPD about 8 years ago, precisely to provide quality delivery service to our customers. Unfortunately, our shipments are 'non-standard' with a majority of shipments of 200 cm, which all express carriers do not accept. Other carriers could send our orders but at higher rates for customers and/or with longer delays (outside express delivery). However, we do not rule out the idea of offering an alternative transport solution to our customers. That said, most of the time, customers are satisfied with the service provided by DPD (both in terms of cost and delay and information) but it can happen, on the margin, that there are some issues with certain deliveries. I see that you have ordered several times from us and that the transport has always gone well with DPD except this time. This may be an isolated case. Please know that our customer service is available from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 1 pm and from 2 pm to 6 pm as well as Saturday morning (9 am to 1 pm) to answer all your questions. We can certainly help you if there is a transport issue and perhaps obtain certain information more easily from the carrier. Hoping to see you again on the Cimaises & Plus site. For your information, this product is made in small series in Brittany (the manufacturing time is generally one to two months). Hello Sir, I am sorry for the problem you encountered. I just checked with the logistics service. Your order was shipped on Thursday 25/04 instead of Monday 22/04 due to an exceptional shortage of R30 rods. We were supposed to receive the (5) missing rods on Friday 26/04 but given the urgency, you requested an exchange for another model of rods. Our logistics service responded favorably to your request and shipped the package immediately, and you were able to be delivered on 26/04. I am aware that there was an error on our part and that the stock of R30 rods was incorrect, and I apologize for that. Furthermore, we should have indeed called you on Monday 22 to inform you.
