Hello, Orders under 39 euros (with lengths of 200 cm) are charged a bit more because shipping costs are not offset by the cost of the material. Please note that shipping costs (for individuals) are 12.90 euros if the order is over 39 euros and free if the order is over 139 euros. Hello, Did you contact customer service so that we can send a replacement? The carrier is at fault if they left the package in the yard and did not have you sign for receipt. You are therefore covered in case of a problem. If there are damaged moldings, please take photos upon receipt and send them to us so we can send new baseboards. Too important as a spotlight, so difficult to hide behind an object and the light is too weak. I put two on the same piece of furniture to illuminate the same painting (1.10 x 1.00). If I had kept the boxes, I would have returned them to you. Too bad. Thank you anyway.

Very bad delivery company that twice (2 orders on different dates) did not respect the date it had announced itself. 1 postponement for the first order, for the second. The delivery is done at a fast pace so there is no possibility to check the contents of the packages (the first was not in good condition).

Package delivered on the scheduled day, in perfect condition, in my mailbox while I was told there would be a delivery against a security code. I'm fine with that, but at the time of shipping, it would be courteous to provide the dimensions of the package to know if we need to be there: I took half a day off to wait for the delivery and the delivery person did not show up at my door.

What customer service? I took advantage of a stay at my daughter's to go to the showroom to view the products and place an order. Big issue: the price: 2€ more per rail, no discount! When I mentioned this to the person who welcomed us, she replied that online, there was no service. Fine! So, I asked my questions and left the store without taking anything. I ordered online without regret with the discounted prices from the site, free delivery, in the province!

Indeed, as our conditions state, there is a one to two business day delay for delivery to France (for products in stock). The carrier is required to offer you a first date within this 2-day window but not a specific day. However, you can change the date on the carrier's interface if the proposed date does not suit you. You should allow 2 to 3 business days for Belgium (for any order placed before 12pm). The order was placed on 26/01 at 4:03 PM and therefore sent the next day (27/01) for delivery two business days later (i.e., Tuesday 31/01). Saturdays and Sundays are not counted as business days. Impeccable delivery, within the expected time. But there is a big problem with the SUPER U store at 3 rue de Champlain, in Saint-Brieuc 22, the packages are sorted according to the first name noticed on the package. In this case, classified under my first name, and without the name I went there twice and if I hadn't insisted I would have left without the package.

I find these products expensive and the reliability random. The screws of the hooks loosen if they are not tightened very hard, which is not possible given their thinness. It's a shame because, in general, we often hang valuable or cherished items. Very efficient service and delivery.
