Nothing to say about the quality of the material or the advice by phone. Regarding the delivery, it was on time but the delivery person, not finding the house, didn't even try to call. Fortunately, a neighbor asked him what he was looking for, otherwise he would have left without delivering the package.

Slight delay for delivery, but very fast delivery. The missing items did not hinder the project. No delivery slip mentioning the missing items, but informative online tracking. Very easy installation (clips: great!). The result is really superb! Paintable version: very convenient. White version: very good too. The samples: very useful to help choose the products. And they are refunded upon ordering. Excellent product, excellent company! I highly recommend.

In case of damage, the best thing to do if you want a replacement is to refuse the package (in case of visibly damaged package) and if in doubt, to make the most precise reservations possible on the delivery slip (or tablet). We are on the ground floor and he called someone on the floor who had the first name Paul but my last name is PAUL! As mentioned, the carrier has reorganized due to an unprecedented volume of packages and constraints related to Covid 19. Since the beginning of this episode, we have encountered, to some extent, some difficulties in keeping the delivery slots. You requested in special instructions on our site a delivery during meal times, however this slot is not offered. I am aware that there was a malfunction during your delivery and we will not fail to alert the carrier. As compensation for your inconvenience, I offered you a refund of the shipping costs, which you did not wish for and/or the reshipment of the package by Colissimo but you were delivered in the meantime and this last option was not necessary. We did our best to find a solution to your problem and took the time (an hour) to explain our operation to you but apparently this has no value for you and we regret it.
