The damaged cardboard, I check the rails on the side where the cardboard was damaged and nothing. The delivery person turned the rails in the cardboard so that I wouldn't see that the rails were broken, result disappointed by the delivery person. Roger Chaudier.

What use did you want to make of the slider rail hooks? I clarify that they are not made to slide and put curtains (which is often asked of us). These hooks are inserted from one side of the rail and are mainly used to hang promotional materials in the window or paintings if you want to put your own wires for example or crimp them yourself (for an exhibition or other).

Hello, With the BLACK FRIDAY discount, you no longer reached the threshold to get free shipping. You would have needed to order a small accessory in addition (for example).
