Ordering piece by piece is very expensive. The site does not offer complete packs (rails, hooks, wires, screws, etc.) which can easily be found on Amazon. Delivery times are long and the availability of customer service is quite low, all for a high price.

For your information, we offer all-inclusive boxes in both economic and premium versions, which are the first category of items on our site under the CIMAISES menu. Also, our small team has remained active throughout the confinement, although we had to reorganize due to current events (teleworking/reduced staff presence at the same time), which has had some consequences on the availability of our team by phone, and we regret that this has impacted you. Regarding the delay, our carrier DPD maintained its activity throughout the confinement but also had to reorganize, and indeed, locally the delays may have been longer, and we are sorry for that. Although we are out of confinement, our carrier is still experiencing some delays and difficulties in delivering locally due to the reorganization of its services (but overall the delays are tending to get back to normal).
