I have not received the package! Three times, a delivery date was given, and the package was not delivered, blocking an entire day of waiting each time. With at the end of the day a message from the delivery person: delivery impossible. Pretending twice that he did not have my phone number to warn me when he arrived. While my phone number is included in the delivery information. And a third time when I contacted the delivery center, I was told delivery truck broke down? But I only received at the end of the day around 5 PM the cancellation of the delivery for a truck that broke down at noon!

As agreed during our exchange yesterday, I have forwarded all the information to the carrier. This situation is indeed not in line with our standards.
The delivery has been rescheduled for today, and I have also contacted our sales department so that they can get in touch with the delivery agency to follow up.
I also note that you requested a drop-off of the package at a PICKUP relay point. However, given the length of the package (200 cm) and the acceptance constraints of many relay points, I cannot guarantee that this option is feasible. Nevertheless, it seems that this was possible during your previous order, which is encouraging.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by this situation and remain at your disposal for any further information.
