I think I was poorly advised over the phone following my price request. I was therefore forced to place a new order... Once the second package arrived, it turned out that it was not what I had ordered... And you sent me back the 'correct' order (at least I hope) that I have been waiting for now for 6 days, I believe... Let's just say my client is not very satisfied... and neither am I... In short, a bad experience for a first attempt to work with you.

Order placed and confirmed on a Tuesday at 4 PM confirming delivery within 24/48 hours, which means broadly Thursday or Friday. Ultimately, the delivery took place on Friday noon of the following week despite my calls on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday morning. The only concrete thing the customer service offered me was to cancel the order the following Monday if nothing had arrived. No commercial gesture since then. I will not call on them for a next order.
