The delivery service notifies you by SMS but does not respect the time slot at all. First SMS: delivery Wed 11/2pm, day of delivery 10am: received SMS delivery Thursday 11/2pm and finally delivery made at 5:30pm. The site to change the delivery is useless, you can no longer request delivery to a relay point in case of unavailability. As for the item, I must admit I was very disappointed with the quality, based on the photo it seemed to me that I would receive a more finished product.

However, the delivery by GLS is absolutely TERRIBLE (I have read many similar reviews online) GLS does not show up, directly drops the package at a relay, and refuses to make a re-delivery!
