Simple material (without frills), very easy and quick to install. A little adjustment is needed for the precision of the hook height adjustment, also consider the nylon wire that is coiled and must stretch with the weight of the picture. Functional, corresponds for me very well to what I expected.

I had specifically requested a home delivery, paid accordingly, which I had to pick up at a relay point that was not the closest to my home. This provider is deplorable, the delivery people decide and do what they want. Not recommended.

Hello Sir, After two delivery attempts, the package is dropped off at a relay point if it accepts the lengths, which was your case, otherwise it would have been returned to us. There were two attempts on the 14th and 15th of September according to what I see in the tracking, hence the drop-off at the relay point on the 15th of September. We are however sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you. Also note that you can change the scheduled delivery date if it does not suit you (via the link that the carrier sends you at the time of shipment). Finally, the price is the same for a delivery by DPD carrier to home or to a relay point (package of 2 meters long not covered by the Post). Best regards, Coralie P.
