Hello, we changed carriers a few years ago to DPD and while we regret some unfortunate delivery problems, overall the service is rather well assured. We have already tried two other well-known carriers (which I will not name) and the problems also existed and pushed us to change. From experience, the issue often comes from the goodwill of the delivery people. That being said, we are sorry to learn that the delivery did not satisfy you and we are considering the possibility of offering another transport solution (perhaps a more generous one) so that customers have a choice. Customer service in the person of Coralie .. great advice and help I really appreciated it, that's why I buy from Cimaises &+, however having this carrier from XX the DPD company is perhaps what will make me think twice about my next order, because unfortunately this carrier has not had its place for many years, just look at the reviews ... it's a shame my evaluation is impacted by a poor choice of carrier.
