The site is user-friendly, and you can get help by calling. The merchandise meets our expectations. We have not yet done the installation. The merchandise arrived in perfect condition; however, the transport company is not quite on point regarding its appointments!!!

Very poor follow-up!!! I am still waiting for a response regarding the delivery of my order, despite multiple phone reminders with each time the commitment to keep me informed remaining unfulfilled. Hello, I received my package with my accessories except that 10 foam blocks were missing plus stabilization. I called immediately and was told it would be sent by mail. It has been six days and I still don't have the missing blocks. The people preparing the packages should pay a little more attention.
