Order placed on Thursday afternoon and received on Saturday morning, which is exceptional; I wasn't in a hurry. Material well packaged, complete hardware. Very good service. The only small complaint is that the hooks are not all very well machined and some of them do not allow the passage of the translucent wire; you have to pass a small drill through them.

Always request invoices! They are not sent by email and are not downloadable on the site. This may not be important for an individual but it is for a business.

Hello Madam, Invoices are systematically included in the packages (unless the billing/delivery address is different). We take note of your remark, but unfortunately for technical reasons, in our current IT configuration, it is not possible, at least for now, to offer invoices in a downloadable version on our e-commerce interface.
