Hello, I placed my order online and paid immediately. Shortly after, I received an email about stock shortage, which was not mentioned when placing the order. Since then, no news and no package. This may be the last time I order from you. Please do what is necessary to ensure the delivery of my order or cancel it by fully refunding the tickets as well as the fees.

Good product and fast delivery. The only thing to mention is that for hollow walls, the screws provided with the packaging are not very good, so I had to buy my own (metal plugs).

We offer long screws (45 mm) with Fischer plastic plugs for hollow walls, they are suitable (we use them for our installations and they are the ones recommended by our manufacturer) but we completely understand that you would prefer a metal plug model. There was a small error in the delivery (wrong model of clips). Following my email, I was very quickly contacted by a lady who resolved the issue with great efficiency, kindness, and speed. The moldings look great and I am reordering for more :-) Philippe (in Belgium).
