Contrary to what is indicated, I was not informed of a time slot for delivery. I had to urgently call the caretaker who did not have the list and could not verify that all of my order was there (the box was open...). Missing parts. I called your service and dealt with a charming and very professional person who made a second shipment (thank you very much) but I still lack the hooks provided with the pack... Thank you! B

The DPD delivery service did not respect the chosen time slot, I waited all day in vain, no phone call, no email, I thus lost a day of work. The next day was fine. I had to deal with a DPD delivery person who was trying to make up for the previous day's issues. He explained to me that his company relied on subcontractors who were doing anything. Regarding CIMAISES, they are really top-notch, very serious, the material is of quality and aesthetic.
