Receipt conforms to the order, it is just a bit regrettable that the 3m length is not available for delivery as it is clearly the most complicated dimension to transport for an individual.

We completely understand your comment regarding the delivery of 3-meter rails. For your information, our standard carrier (DPD) does not handle packages longer than 200 cm, which limits the delivery of this type of product.

However, it is indeed possible to order 300 cm rails on quote, with delivery ensured by the carrier GEODIS.
This option involves:
> An order in multiples of 10 or 20 rails depending on the models,
> Transport costs of €59 excluding tax
> A slightly longer delivery time, generally 4 to 6 working days.

I found what I was looking for on the site. The delivery went well with quality packaging. Two downsides: the order is made in packs of 5 pieces (for example) while the delivery looks like bulk, why not be able to buy individually. I ordered 4 packs of 10 hooks and received 39 hooks in bulk.
