2 bulbs out of 3 arrived broken in their plastic boxes (packaging was too light). After sending photos of the damage, Cimaises sent me 2 other bulbs that arrived intact in a larger package, all within a very short time. Undoubtedly, the customer service is top-notch and responsive. This is not so common. Very satisfied in the end.

The material is as per the order, the customer service is professional, however the carrier DPD is 'useless' it offers an appointment... and comes the day before simply leaving the package in front of my door the next day after the missed appointment I had to search for the package by asking the neighbors who had put it away to avoid theft, I expressed my dissatisfaction to DPD... without response, in short, a carrier to avoid.

Products delivered OK, but major issues with delivery by GLS. Delivery option chosen: appointment scheduling. The result is as follows: - delivery time slot when scheduling an appointment: 8 AM - 6 PM with no possibility of reduction. Error on the delivery date compared to the contracted date - GLS customer service number overpriced and waiting time before response: 15€ useless phone call. It was ultimately the customer service of cimaises&+ that managed to deliver to me on the right date.

The phone advice was very satisfactory. The delivery was fast and efficient, but when installing the rails, one element was marked and scratched. Fortunately, I was able to manage the installation to eliminate the defective element. Each bar should be checked before shipping by the seller and each bar upon arrival by the customer.

Delivery promise by the carrier every day for 4 days, on the fifth day the package was left with the caretaker because the delivery person refused to go up to the fifth floor despite the elevator. GLS the worst of the worst, they do not keep their promises and on top of that they charge for phone calls, making customers wait several minutes before answering.

Correct product but the finishes really leave something to be desired for the price. Everything must be cut cleanly and deburred, the same for each junction given that the cuts are in the middle of the patterns... 'product loss... And the delivery in 2 days max turned into 1 week, product not in stock. No commercial gesture, it was normal... Disappointed!!
