The lamp did not work when it was fixed to the wall. After numerous tests and after dismantling the tube I found a small LED plug that was not connected to the LED strip. Once connected and the strip reinserted into the tube and the capsule reattached it worked.

The service and products from Cimaises and + are excellent. The carrier GLS, however, did not meet expectations. They lost the invoice and therefore could not clear the goods. 48 hours later, GLS had not even contacted Cimaises & + to request a copy of the invoice.
