Cimaise should choose another carrier than DPD; packages should be entrusted to someone other than DPD. I just traveled 40 km to pick up my package on July 30. It was left behind a fence at someone's place who kindly notified me at the phone number listed on the label, which the delivery person was not able to do. Fortunately, it didn't rain!

Having quality products is good but the transport must follow. The orac products will now be ordered from another site that does not use the DPD carrier and honors the delivery date given. Respect for the customer goes through that.
