the product received meets our expectations and the visual of the site, being able to order a full box is really good. The negative point is the delivery service that informs you that you will be delivered on a certain date within a time slot throughout the day and on the day itself informs you at 10:30 that you will not be delivered and to reschedule the delivery on their site within the time slot you want but of course delivers you at 17:45 for a requested slot of 12:00-15:00. In the end, 2 days stuck at home and lost work.

the delivery person is entitled to leave the package at a relay point. However, if the package was left at a relay point by default, it is the delivery person's fault. It should be noted that our packages are particularly long (200 cm in your case) and therefore, most relay points refuse them due to insufficient space to store them. This is my second order, the packaging is of quality without being excessive. The follow-up and communication regarding it is serious. The products are of quality and quite easy to implement for a person capable of drilling while respecting a level and, if necessary, cutting metal. The result concerning a particular living room is very satisfactory. The price of some small accessories could be a bit lower or have adapted shipping costs.

Regarding shipping costs for hanging, we offer two solutions (depending on the weight of the accessories): One shipment by tracked letter at a rate of 3.90 euros One small format shipment (less than 150 cm) at a price of 6.90 euros (by COLLISSIMO or DPD).
