Customer service very attentive and friendly. Click+ rail is the easiest product to install in the range and has a perfect finish. To be renewed without moderation (the boss for positioning the hole to be made in the wall changes everything).

Order, phone advice, delivery: 10/10 A bit disappointed by the hooks that are not as 'self-locking' as that... I had to make stop knots! I managed and my boards have been in good position for a week now. :) !

Hello Sir, Thank you very much for your comment. Regarding your problem, after checking, I see that you ordered 1 mm wires with hooks for 2 mm wires, which is why they slip. You should take 2 mm wires or micro-grip hooks for one millimeter wire. Best regards, Coralie P.
