The only downside is that 1 pack of 5 hooks is missing from the delivery and one of the perlon wires is incomplete (missing plastic piece to insert into the rail). We will be fully satisfied if these elements could be added to our next order. Indeed, we need wires and hooks. Thank you for this correction.
