Problem: upon receipt, yesterday at the relay point, the upper part of the packaging was torn (likely intentional break-in) picture rails were escaping from the top Result: 3 of them were damaged (deep indelible stains) Our painter intervened today, unable to return. Really a shame because I use the total lengths to the exact cm... Thank you for your response regarding this damage that occurred, obviously, during transport. The delivery person did not verify the address despite the instructions. He put the box in the elevator alone!!! He left without seeing anyone, without asking for the code. We take note of your remark, but unfortunately for technical reasons, in our current IT configuration, it is not possible, at least for now, to offer invoices in a downloadable version on our e-commerce interface. Hello, First of all, thank you for your comment. We are sorry for the wait caused by the current events. Indeed, your order arrived at the beginning of the lockdown and we had to reorganize for the transport of Orac moldings (not stored in Paris) which was no longer ensured by the usual carrier. Since then, our depot has resorted to UPS and we can deliver within a relatively short time (2 to 4 working days on average). Cimaises products on the website: should be highlighted more strongly (underlined, bold, etc.), thickness of the rods and rails. Surprised by the fineness of the products. Always difficult to choose by photos and one can miss some details. Terrible delivery. Delivery address error by the delivery person. Your provider DPD is reachable on a standard that supposedly has no control! Delivery truck in a deplorable state. DPD not reliable! See 'Sorry We Missed You' by K. Loach, slave to the liberal world.
