Hello, The carrier informs us that the package has been out for delivery 3 times. The first two times, they tried to contact you, without success. Therefore, the delivery could not be made. Extremely fast delivery, however disappointed with the fixing clips, unlike other systems that are hooked into the bar and therefore cannot drop it in case of detachment, if they come loose the bar can fall. This happened to me because the museum is very old, and the walls are uneven which creates tensions in certain places that made the bar unclip. I had to drill holes and put in plugs and screws for security.
