Hello, we changed carriers a few years ago to DPD and while we regret some unfortunate delivery problems, overall the service is rather well assured. We have already tried two other well-known carriers (which I will not name) and the problems also existed and pushed us to change. From experience, the issue often comes from the goodwill of the delivery people. That being said, we are sorry to learn that the delivery did not satisfy you and we are considering the possibility of offering another transport solution (perhaps a more generous one) so that customers have a choice. I am a professional painter, my client, in the first part of the house with the cornices, decided to continue to install them in her entrance... the site was to be finished a week later. Cimaises & + were very responsive, they did the impossible and it worked out. The delivery was very fast and the packages always impeccable. Order, phone advice, delivery: 10/10 A bit disappointed by the hooks that are not as 'self-locking' as that... I had to make stop knots! I managed and my boards have been in good position for a week now. :) !
