I've been a customer for years, this picture rail system is inexpensive, preserves the walls if you have rentals and at home it's great for easily changing the hanging decor.

The product is good and discreet, however the shipping costs are excessive, 12.50 delivered with Dos is too much. It scratches on it, which is a shame.

I called to install my Twister Clic2. I was kindly told that it was easy to do by reading the instructions and that this person installs them every day and that there was no problem. There was only one thing missing from his explanations that is not in this damn instruction manual either, namely: that you just need to hold ONLY the perlon wire between your fingers and turn it to engage or disengage the metal attachment in the rail!
