Since I ordered this item and I come from Quebec, I had to give an address in France for delivery, there was no problem, it went well. However, it would have been interesting if I could receive it by mail directly at my home in Montreal, too bad you don't have an overseas service! Thank you.

I suggest slightly modifying the mask of your packaging label to make the identity of the person to be delivered clearer, as it is different from the buyer. The package almost disappeared into the oblivion of our company's reception since the identified recipient at first glance was unknown! I ordered these products for the first time. The site, although well built, lacks precision regarding the different choices offered. I did not find the choice of rails and wires that can be associated with them clear. Similarly, in the choice of quantities, after having placed the rails at home, I realized that I would be missing some fixing clips. The site should perhaps give more advice on the quantities of accessories to order.

A problem to report, the wires mark a lot (half cut) with the use of self-locking hooks 15kg, having used for an exhibition in my gallery to hang frames of 7 kg (14 damaged wires that are no longer reusable) what can you do? Best regards. Philippe.
