The site is quite intuitive for finding the items to order. The prices are correct. However, the choice of carrier, DPD, is not efficient because twice the delivery person did not show up, even though I was present. I had to go to a relay point to pick up the goods.

Thank you for your feedback. First of all, we are sorry for the delivery difficulties encountered and the delivery of the package to a relay point. This is not a common practice, but in any case, it is not normal if you were at home. The DPD delivery person is required to make a first delivery, and it is only in case of absence during this first visit that they can decide to put the package in a relay point. DPD is a relatively economical solution for the customer given the 'atypical' sizes of our packages (large lengths). We do not rule out the possibility of offering a carrier with a more complete service for the customer (with appointment times in particular).
