What customer service? I took advantage of a stay at my daughter's to go to the showroom to view the products and place an order. Big issue: the price: 2€ more per rail, no discount! But there is a big problem with the SUPER U store at 3 rue de Champlain, in Saint-Brieuc 22, the packages are sorted according to the first name noticed on the package. Extremely fast delivery, however disappointed with the fixing clips, unlike other systems that are hooked into the bar and therefore cannot drop it in case of detachment, if they come loose the bar can fall. This happened to me because the museum is very old, and the walls are uneven which creates tensions in certain places that made the bar unclip. I had to drill holes and put in plugs and screws for security.
