Hello, we changed carriers a few years ago to DPD and while we regret some unfortunate delivery problems, overall the service is rather well assured. We have already tried two other well-known carriers (which I will not name) and the problems also existed and pushed us to change. From experience, the issue often comes from the goodwill of the delivery people. That being said, we are sorry to learn that the delivery did not satisfy you and we are considering the possibility of offering another transport solution (perhaps a more generous one) so that customers have a choice.
