Hello, Thank you for this feedback! I see that you ordered a ceiling rail to clip. I have a question: did you properly place a clip between the rails so that they are well joined? Normally, with two factory cuts side by side and the two rails fixed at their junction on the same clip, the result should be rather discreet. Best regards, Coralie P.

Two orders, the picture rails are not the same, the first ones are wider and there were no hooks, which I had to order additionally (I did not make a complaint, boring boring). Nevertheless, happy with the result and okay value for money.

Hello, Thank you for your comment! After checking, you ordered two different models of rails: the CLASSIC + (max 40 kg) and the CLASSIC RAIL (which you purchased in a box) max 20 kg.
